Baroque Performance Practice for Opera Singers

In the three hour Saturday afternoon masterclass, we are going to explore technical, interpretation, and performance issues for opera singers singing 17th and 18th century music. This hands-on workshop style masterclass is led by dramatic coloratura soprano and triple harpist Zoe Vandermeer, who performs internationally and is on the roster of the CT Commission on Culture and Tourism.

The Masterclass Series is geared towards singers ages 18 and older at various stages of their careers. Masterclasses are three hours in length, and are held in midtown Manhattan.
