Register by September 1st on our website.
FREE SOCIAL GATHERING for all fall 2020 program participants:
Tea & Cookies Sundays September 13 through November 1, 5:00—5:45 pm PDT on Zoom.
LAB will host a free Tea & Cookies social hour welcoming all who participate in either Live with Lindsey (see separate fall weekly workshop listing for details) or Online Adventures with Alexa. Bring a beverage and a snack to the virtual party and enjoy social time within the LAB community.
While we are primarily a string-based group we welcome and will accept wind players to our online sessions. So far, we’ve welcomed alto and tenor recorders, baroque flutes and baroque bassoons to our ranks. Strings include violin, viola, cello, double bass, viols, violone, harpsichord, theorbo and baroque guitar. Owning a baroque instrument is not required, but **pitch is set at standardized baroque pitch A=415hz** and we generally play in Shifted Vallotti/Young temperament. We recommend the Cleartune chromatic tuner app, available on Apple and Android app stores.
