The Chicago Recorder Quartet joins the students and faculty of the Adlai E. Stevenson High School Baroque Ensemble & Viol Consorts in an evening of Early Music ranging from J.S. Bach’s 4th Brandenburg Concerto to works by Heinichen, Corelli, et al. Under the direction of Enrique Vilaseco & Dr. Phillip Serna, Adlai E. Stevenson High School‘s premiere historically-Informed performance ensembles present 16th through 18th-century instrumental music on period instruments for viols, theorboes, historical keyboards and strings.
