The Pilgrim’s Path

Música Antigua de Albuquerque will present “The Pilgrim’s Path,” a program of music about the great religious pilgrimage sites in the Middle Ages, performed with voices and period instruments. Repertoire from Santiago de Compostela and the monastery of Las Huelgas in northern Spain, and the shrine of our Lady of Montserrat in Catalonia, as well as Crusade songs, songs from the Cantigas de Santa Maria, and works about St. Thomas of Canterbury.
