DESCRIPTION:Early Music Missouri's Main Stage Series continues with a holid
 ay concert\, "Sing Noel! Christmas Music from the High Renaissance." The p
 rogram celebrates the Christmas season with vocal and instrumental music r
 anging from Gregorian chant to High Renaissance motets. The repertoire inc
 ludes Tomás Luis de Victoria's O magnum mysterium\, Josquin des Prez's Av
 e Maria\, an 8-voice Magnificat by Luca Marenzio and other seasonal motets
  by Heinrich Isaac\, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina\, Jean Mouton and ot
 hers. The instrumental ensemble features a wind consort of recorders and d
 ulcian\, early strings and lutes. Instrumental music on the concert featur
 es works by Andrea Gabrieli\, Ludwig Senfl\, Samuel Scheidt and others.\n\
 nPlease note the date and time of this special Holiday Concert--Saturday\,
  December 7 at 7:30 pm. \n\nEMMo's six-concert Main Stage Series takes pl
 ace at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Ladue MO. The space offers an exqui
 site sound and a beautiful setting for this music. Parking is free and bot
 h parking and the space are handicapped accessible.\n\nEarly Music Missour
 i is the region's foremost promoter and presenter of Early Music concerts.
  Its performances feature Medieval\, Renaissance and Baroque repertoire pe
 rformed on period instruments by expert performers from the region and nat
