 atas contrast with sacred choral works by Vivaldi\, his celebrated Gloria
 \, and the “Red Priest’s” Venetian contemporary Antonio Lotti (1667-
 1740) whose mesmerizing Crucifixus for eight unaccompanied solo voices i
