DESCRIPTION:L.A.'s baroque community orchestra opens its 10th Season with m
 usic of enchantment by Vivaldi\, Graun and Geminiani written for 18th-cent
 ury stage versions of the popular story "Armida." Plus\, Handel’s birds!
  The "Sweet Bird" aria from L'Allegro\, and his "Cuckoo and Nightingale" O
 rgan Concerto.\n\nLos Angeles Baroque\, directed from the violin by Lindse
 y Strand-Polyak. Artistic Associates: Courtney Kuroda\, violin\; Eva Lymen
 stull\, cello\; Aki Nishiguchi\, oboe. 2025-2026 String Apprentice: Zachar
 y Hamilton\, viola.\nEventbrite RSVP is recommended to receive reminders\,
  but is not required. One-hour performance without intermission followed b
 y a party with the musicians in the Parish Hall. All are welcome but child
 ren who are unable to sit quietly for a one hour performance are invited t
 o join afterward for the reception.\n\nFREE but donations are welcomed at
