Ayreheart: The Ayres of Albion presented by Chatham Baroque

Ayreheart, founded by Grammy-nominated lutenist and composer Ronn McFarlane, presents a lively program of Renaissance and traditional music from the British Isles. Works by John Dowland and William Byrd appear alongside anonymous ballads and folk songs from England, Scotland, and Wales. The program highlights connections between courtly art music and folk traditions, alongside new works inspired by the past.
