2026 Summit Exhibitor Registration

Please use this form to reserve exhibition space for the EMA Summit. 

Option 1 - $250
Full table in the Exhibition space at Intellectual House (wǝɫǝbʔaltxw) + a virtual exhibition booth on the EMA Summit online platform

Option 2 - $200
Half table in the Exhibition space at Intellectual House (wǝɫǝbʔaltxw) + a virtual exhibition booth on the EMA Summit online platform

Option 3 - $175
Copies of a single physical promotional item that will be availble to in-person attendees in the Exhibition space + a virtual exhibition booth on the virtual Summit platform

Option 4 - $150
A virtual exhibition booth on the virtual Summit platform

Physical Exhibition

  • The Exhibition will take place in Intellecutal House (wǝɫǝbʔaltxw) in the same common space where all Summit sessions will take place. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot accommodate the exhibiting of instruments that are for trial since that would disrupt on-going sessions.
  • Options 1 & 2 - EMA will provide table and chairs as selected above. Full tables are 5ft in length. Tablecloths not be provided. 
  • Option 3 - you may send copies of a single physical promotional item of your choosing no larger than 8.5x11 inches. Physical items will be placed prominently for in-person Summit attendees.
  • EMA will contact Exhibitors with a shipping address in October. Materials may not arrive before Monday, October 19.
  • Exhibitor load-in will take place at 9am on Thursday, October 22.
  • The Exhibition will be open to Summit attendees 9am-6pm, October 22-24. The exhibition space will be closed and locked after 6pm each day. 
  • Exhibitor load-out must be completed by 7:00pm on Satuday, October 24. 

Virtual Exhibition Booth

  • Virutal Exhibition Booths will be avialble to all who register for the EMA Summit. Virtual booths will be available throughout the Summit, October 22-24, on the the Summit online platform RingCentral. Learn more about Virtual Exhibition Booths.
  • Exhibitors will be sent a link to creat their Virtual Exhibition Booth in October ahead of the Summit.

Social Media Shout-Out Add-On - $50

  • Any exhibitor may choose the Social Media Shout-Out add-on. EMA will post a shout-out on our Facebook and Instagram pages during the EMA Summit highlighting the Exhibitor.
Exhibitors may add on a social media shout-out for additional visibility. Use the fields below to build your ideal promotional package. Shout-outs will be scheduled on EMA's Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Summit Exhibitor Details

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email after you submit your payment. If you feel that your payment did not go through, we kindly ask that you contact our office by email or phone before resubmitting your payment.
