Cappella Artemisia will be Artists in Residence at the University of Oregon in Eugene for the 2025 Musicking Festival. This year’s theme is “RESONANT ALLIANCES: SOUND AS COLLABORATION”, and will be largely focused on women composers and music from Italian convents. The week will conclude with a concert on May 11 entitled “Call for the Wailing Women: Laments and Lamentations in Italian Convents”.
