AEM’s workshop tailor-made for recorder players, with an exciting line up of faculty and classes. The workshop takes place Saturday and Sunday, October 24 & 25, 2026 at the beloved Ella Baker School on the upper east side of Manhattan. Easily accessible by subway or bus.
Class topics will run the gamut from Medieval estampies to Burgundian chansons to Spanish Renaissance villancicos to the extraordinary 17th-century composer Claudia Rusca to the always fabulous Telemann to gorgeous contemporary works by women composers such as Amy Beach and Florence Price.
