Step into the vibrant musical salons of early 19th-century Paris where a forgotten repertoire of wind quartets once flourished alongside the better-remembered quintet repertoire. In this unique program, Quodlibet resurrects three remarkable works that exemplify the sophisticated and underplayed chamber music of the period, giving listeners a scintillating glimpse into a fascinating and obscure repertoire that deserves renewed attention.

Quodlibet Winds is a quirky ensemble of quixotic quibblers who carry historical chamber music to unexpected places, quarrying forgotten gems from dusty archives and sharing them with modern audiences. Performing on historical instruments, they are as comfortable in an art gallery as in an elementary school auditorium, tailoring programs to spark curiosity and conversation.
