Newton Baroque invites you to the palace to enjoy “All the Pleasures of Platti,” an evening at the Würzburger Residenz,
on Monday, October 27, with music by Würzburg’s most beloved composer, Giovanni Benedetto Platti.
Flutist Christa Piehl Evans and keyboardist Andrus Madsen will play Platti’s Sonatas for Flute and Continuo from 1743.
It will be a pleasure to share this music in one of our own little architectural gems, the Goethe-Institut Boston.
