Biography
Annemarie has served as concertmaster and featured soloist of several ensembles at home and abroad, including the JSBEnsemble Stuttgart, ARTEK, and Juilliard415, which recently performed highly-applauded concerts on tour in China. In the past summers, Annemarie was selected for the Quartet Academy at Carmel Bach Festival and is an Academy member of the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra. She is the founder of the collective As The Crow Flies which made its debut in the 2024 performance season with a program of carefully curated selections from the 17th and 18th century Dutch instrumental repertoire. Annemarie is always ready to put in the miles to get to a new pastry shop and has recently developed an obsession with the idea of green shoes.
