Les Bostonades marks 20 years with Celebration Concert June 6

Les Bostonades’ 20th anniversary season culminates in a grand finale on June 6 featuring celebrated Parisian-based American tenor Zachary Wilder with period chamber orchestra. This festive program of audience favorites includes concerti by J.S. Bach, selections from Muffat’s “Armonico Tributo,” and arias and scenes for tenor by Handel.

Founder and harpsichordist Akiko Sato says, “What a wonderful year it has been sharing music with you! Our June celebration brings together many of the players who have been part of Les Bostonades’ concerts during the last 20 years. My dear friend, tenor Zachary Wilder, will also join us as a special guest. It will be a fun and joyful concert, one we hope you will be part of. The musicians of Les Bostonades and I look forward to seeing you there!”

The concert takes place on Saturday, June 6 at Church of the Covenant, 67 Newbury St. Boston, MA.
