Details:

The exhibition will take place in Dennison Hall on the campus of Case Western Reserve University. Dennison Hall is also the location of the Summit sessions and the exhibition will be housed in a communal gathering room convenient to session rooms. The Exhibition will be open to Summit attendees starting at 9am on Sunday, October 20 and daily 9am-5:30pm through Tuesday, October 22. The exhibition space will be closed and locked at 5:30pm each day.

EMA will provide an 8 foot table and two chairs. Tablecloths will not be provided.

Exhibitor load-in will take place late afternoon/early evening of Saturday, October 19 (times TBD) and 7:30-9:00am on Sunday, October 20.

Exhibitor load-out must be completed by 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 22.
